LG KM500 Matterhorn Review:
A music enabled slider with a 1GB expanded memory in addition to a 50MB internal memory, the LG KM500, otherwise known as the LG KM500 Matterhorn, is nothing short of spectacular.
Although the package includes a 1GB memory stick, up to 4GB is an option.
With as much as 25 hours of music playback, 3D surround sound, dedicated music keys around the D pad, stereo bluetooth and a 3.5mm audio output jack, the LG KM500 literally is music to your ears.
Supportive of AAC, AAC+, eAAC+, WMA, RA and not forgetting MP3 audio formats, there's very little that the LG KM500 can't interpret when it comes to music.
Upload music from your PC via USB, share files and images with friends using bluetooth or download music direct to your phone via a GPRS/EDGE connection and manage music content on your phone using IDtag3 software, it's as easy as it sounds.
And if you want to know what's topping the charts, simply tune into your favourite radio station for an update with the LG KM500's onboard stereo FM Radio.
The metal finish enhances the phones striking appearance along with the large 2 inch QVGA TFT display screen which is great for displaying music info or viewing pictures which have been snapped on the 2 mega pixel camera, complete with digital zoom and flash.
In addition to this LG have still squeezed in full PIM functionality, JAVA support and built-in handsfree.
